Welcome to Planet Peanut! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our educational technology platform (“Platform”) and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
User: Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
Platform: The Planet Peanut website and app.
Services: All features, content, and services provided by Planet Peanut.
You must be at least 6 years old to use our Platform. Users under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must create a profile to use certain features of our Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your profile.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Services. You may not use our Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You agree to use our Platform ethically and legally. Prohibited activities include cheating, harassment, and unauthorized access to other accounts.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the Services. We respect your privacy—see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Competitions are subject to specific rules described on the Platform. Participation in our national competitions is free, and no paid subscription is required.
9.1 Subscription Types
Planet Peanut offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions:
Planet + (Monthly): 49 DKK per month
Planet + (Yearly): 499 DKK per year
9.2 Payment and Renewal (Apple App Store & Google Play)
Payment is processed through your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the stated price.
You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions or in the Google Play Store > Subscriptions after purchase.
Subscription and Apple ID / Google Account
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the subscription is linked to the Apple ID or Google account used at the time of purchase.Even if you log into the same Planet Peanut user profile on another device, you will not have Premium access if that device is using a different Apple ID or Google account.
9.3 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for unused portions of subscriptions. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the subscription period.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms through the Platform.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
Our Services are provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Copenhagen.
